Midas

These people are better, more customer friendly than any dealership. I have nothing but praise and positive feedback for the customer service I received from everyone in the office. If I could give 10 stars I most definitely would.

I have an older vehicle that I have been taking to Bangor Midas for a few years now. This time Midas put new tires on and did some suspension work so I could get an inspection sticker. They also answered my questions about the tires and rims. The mechanic did a good job as always. I don’t usually post on line, but Midas deserves a 5 star.

Great service. Took a little longer than I expected, but good service is worth the wait. Very nice man working at the front desk. Waiting area and restroom were spotless. I will definitely get all future car appointments with this Midas.

Went in for an oil change and state inspection. The crew on Union Street is amazing! In and out in no time. They have always done a great job keeping my wife and I on the road for years now. From bumper to bumper they got you covered! Thank you all for the years of great service! By far the best of the best !

I’ve consistently had a great experience with Midas. Even though I’ve had to put a fair amount of money into my car recently, it’s all been expected maintenance—my vehicle is 9 years old with over 140,000 miles, so that’s to be expected. What really stood out to me today was their honesty. I brought my car in for transmission issues, and instead of immediately recommending an expensive rebuild like some garages might, they took the time to assess the situation without trying to upsell unnecessary work. It’s reassuring to find a shop that’s straightforward and trustworthy. I truly appreciate their transparency and will continue to bring my car here.
